Harry Sommerdahl’s passion for music started at the early of 7 when he started his musical journey through private piano lessons. His dedication and talent led him to Södra Latin School of Music in Stockholm, where he honed his skills for three years. Transitioning into the realm of freelance music, Harry made waves as a pianist and studio session player. This, in combination with his vocal arranging skills allowed him to do session work for a wide variety of artists including Michael Bolton, Paul Stanley and Celine Dion.

In 1995, Harry started his songwriting and producer career. His collaboration with Swedish sensation Robyn on her debut album. The album sold platinum in the US, selling over 1.5 million copies. Since then, Harry's career has been a tapestry of triumphs, with chart-topping successes globally.

Harry's list of achievements includes producing several tracks for Ace of Base’s "Da Capo" and collaborating with French sensation L5 on "Reflexes", which catapulted him to international acclaim as the album soared to #1 in France and sold over a million copies. His co-writing credit on "Quincy" for BoA's album "Best of Soul" in Japan garnered him a prestigious Japanese Export Award, after topping on #1 in Japan. Harry co-wrote and produced "It's You" by Sezairi, a groundbreaking achievement that made Sezairi to become the first Singaporean artist to surpass 100 million streams on Spotify. "It's You" also made history as the first song in Singapore to achieve platinum certification across three countries, achieving an exceptional of 6x Platinum.

More recently, Harry co-wrote "LOL (Laugh-Out-Loud)" to NCT 127's album "2 Baddies", which achieved remarkable success, selling over 3.2 million copies and topping charts worldwide, including #1 on the Billboard US World Albums, #3 on the US Billboard 200, and #2 on the Circle Chart Albums and Billboard Japan charts, among others. Won 2023 Golden Disc Awards Best Album (Bonsang).

Throughout the years, Harry has also collaborated with names like Desmond Child, Paul Stanley, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NMIXX, Travis Japan, Steve Aoki, The Saturdays, The Wanted, The Rasmus, Lesley Roy, Michael Bolton, Shontelle, The Tenors, Stafford Brothers (#4 AUS, 2XPlatinum Aria Nominated), Lil Wayne, Christina Milian, Lawson (#6 UK), Katharine McPhee (#2 US Billboard Singles), JTR (#9 Japan Radio Billboard), Sam Willows, T.I., to mention a few.
